The Research Budget, explained.
What is the Research Budget model?
Your Research Budget is a single monthly figure — say $200 on the Professional plan. A small portion covers platform access; the remainder is available directly for analyses. You are charged only for analyses you actually run. Unused analysis balance carries forward automatically — you are never charged for value you did not receive.
What if I don't run many analyses one month?
You pay only for platform access and the analyses you run — nothing more. Most professional data subscriptions charge more for access alone. In months of heavy use, your charge restores only what you consumed.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts receive $100 in research budget — no credit card required, valid for 90 days. Run a Brief or Study on a live project before committing to anything. The first $100 is on Caspr.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time and your unused paid analysis balance is refunded in full. Caspr does not retain funds you have not used.
How is Intelligence priced?
Intelligence is available at $300 per analysis within a Business or Enterprise Research Budget, or at $399 as a one-off à la carte purchase — no subscription required. À la carte is available to any account, including free trial accounts.
Is my data secure?
