The Story
Caspr is not built by technologists who identified a market opportunity.
Joy Sharma, co-founder and CEO, spent years as a McKinsey consultant advising major private sector and government organisations on strategy, national programme design, and business transformation.
After McKinsey, he founded EZ — a global B2B services company that delivers outsourced business intelligence and analytical services to 100+ multinational organisations. EZ grew from a bootstrapped startup to a profitable, multi-million dollar business. Joy is now Chairman.
Jayant, co-founder and CTO, was recruited by Joy at EZ and rose to lead AI and Technology there. He left to co-found Caspr.
